grilled shrimp1 lb. shelled deveined raw shrimp
1/4 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
4 tbs. soy sauce
1/2 cup of vegetable or olive oil
a pinch of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Marinate the shrimp for about a half an hour.

Then you can broil or grill them basting with the marinade about 4 minutes on each side.

Serves 4-6
